How will MaternityCard work for me?
MaternityCard has contracts and relationships with PPOs, many of whom are the same ones used by insurance companies to lower what they have to pay for the medical services provided to their maternity-insured moms.
How exactly does it work? In short, all your maternity-related medical bills are sent to MaternityCard.
The process is fast and easy for you:
|
1. |
You enroll and become a MaternityCard member. |
|
2. |
You are sent a membership kit and membership card identifying you as a MaternityCard member. |
|
3. |
You show your MaternityCard to your medical providers. They look at it. They recognize the names of PPOs MaternityCard works with. If they have any questions they call the 800 number provided on the card. Finally, this is the good part, you simply ask your medical providers to send all your medical bills to the address on the back of your MaternityCard. |
|
4. |
When MaternityCard receives your bills, each one is carefully reviewed. The first thing MaternityCard experts do to reduce your bills is look for errors in billing that ordinary bill-payers would never see in a million years! Then because they see thousands of bills, they look for discrepancies in each line item of the billings. If and when they find incorrect billings, they contact your medical providers and dispute the bill for you. After double-checking and verifying each bill to make sure they are priced correctly, MaternityCard uses both local and nationwide PPO networks and every means possible to reprice and lower your bills for you. |
|
5. |
Finally, your repriced and reduced bills are sent to you. You also get copies of your original bills so you can see the difference and be amazed at your savings. |
|
6. |
You pay only the reduced bills and everyone is happy! |
What does MaternityCard do for you? MaternityCard works like an organized army of dozens of national and regional PPOs for uninsured pregnant moms that will crush, reduce, lower, and reprice your medical bills and make them smaller and more affordable. This saves you money!.
