You will receive MaternityCard's Certificate of Guarantee in your Membership Kit. Read it carefully and you'll see this is a No-Risk Guarantee that protects your choice to use MaternityCard to help you lower the cost of having your baby.

This is what MaternityCard's Certificate of Guarantee states:

"MaternityCard, by Affordable Healthcare Options (AHCO), offers to all members our risk free Certificate of Guarantee. We promise and affirm to you, the holder of this certificate, that your total health care savings during the first 12-month period of your contract will exceed the annual cost of the membership.

"If your savings do not exceed the annual cost of membership from enrollment date to the same date of the following year, MarternityCard will be happy to . . .

"Pay you the difference between the cost of the card and the amount you did save, PLUS $200.00, and allow you to keep your MaternityCard benefits for the next 12 months for free.

"This guarantee is subject to limited conditions. Please contact the company for specifics.
